All service professionals using the platform are independent businesses operating entirely on their own account. Call Bids does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by any professional.

Call Bids does not screen, verify, or guarantee the quality, intent, or legitimacy of consumers who call through our tracking numbers. Calls may include wrong numbers, callers who are not ready to purchase, calls outside your service area, or calls from individuals who contact multiple providers.

The platform provides inbound call connections only. What happens during and after the call is entirely the responsibility of the receiving professional. Call Bids expressly disclaims any liability for:

Consumers who do not proceed with booking services
Consumers who provide incorrect information
Revenue, jobs, or contracts not secured from received leads
Call quality, connection stability, or audio quality
Missed calls due to device, carrier, or connectivity issues on the professional's end

👷 Professional Responsibility

Every professional registered on Call Bids is solely and fully responsible for:

Holding all licenses, certifications, insurance, and bonds required by their state, county, and city to perform advertised services
Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
The quality and safety of all services provided to consumers
Honoring all representations made to consumers during or after calls
Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from services provided
Complying with all consumer protection laws applicable to their industry and location

By registering on Call Bids, you represent and warrant that you hold all required licenses and insurance for your profession and service area. Call Bids reserves the right to request proof of licensure at any time and to suspend accounts unable to provide it.

📞 Call Recording Disclaimer

Calls routed through the Call Bids platform may be recorded. Call recording laws vary by state. It is your sole responsibility as the receiving professional to comply with applicable recording consent laws in your state and the caller's state, including:

One-party consent states: Only one party (you) needs to consent to the recording
Two-party / all-party consent states (including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington): All parties must be informed and consent before recording

Where technically feasible, Call Bids plays a disclosure message before connecting calls. However, Call Bids does not guarantee compliance with all state-specific recording laws and accepts no liability for your failure to comply with applicable laws.

💰 Financial Disclaimer

Any earnings estimates, projected monthly spend, estimated calls per month, or win rate percentages displayed on the platform are estimates only, calculated from historical platform data and are not guarantees of future performance.

Actual call volume may be higher or lower than estimates
Actual monthly spend depends on actual billable calls received
Win rates change as competitor bids change
Geographic market conditions vary and affect lead availability

You are responsible for managing your own budget and business finances. Call Bids accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through use of the platform.

Call Bids integrates with the following third-party services to operate the platform. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services:

Twilio Inc. — call routing and telephony. Subject to Twilio's Terms of Service
Stripe Inc. — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Services Agreement
Google LLC — OAuth sign-in. Subject to Google's Terms of Service
Meta Platforms Inc. — Facebook OAuth sign-in. Subject to Facebook's Terms of Service

This Legal Disclaimer, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Call Bids regarding your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
